An app that collects responses to 10 questions, mostly slide-rule answers with a couple of yes/no answers with an automatic time/date stamp. (see pdf attached) Must be able to work without wifi connection and upload responses when it connects to the internet/wifi after collecting survey responses. Must be able to input responses into a google doc spreadsheet or similar.

Thanks for posting the PDF - highly informative and better than many of the other freelance projects Ive seen here. The survey questions are easy enough to code, as is the network detection and upload logic. I'll take a look at the Google API documentation - its not something I've worked with before - but I don't expect there will be too many complications. Thanks!
