Mysql/PHP website Bug Fixing and Cloning

This project is for an already built website in MysQl and PHP that is a clone of another website. The following is a list of things that must be completed for this project: 1. Fix all code and database bugs. 2. Add additional features listed on clone website on user end. 3. Add additoonal features on admin site. 4. Change current website design and layout to the template we will provide. 5. Test, debug, deploy until 100% operational. The website you will be working on is currently hosted at http://www.miescueladetraffico.com. I will provide full FTP login details. Its being hosted under a fast 1MB connection for your convenience. This project requires someone with superior MySQL and PHP programming skills. If you are starting out, this is NOT a project for you. Experienced bidders only please.
