add/ edit CodeIgniter website

I have a website built in code igniter and mysql and I need it updated and some features added. the website is 90 percent down I just need some changes down. I have limited budget - My budget to Max is 100.00 with possible bonus. 1 week to complete. Your Bid should be the cost and time to complete. Don't bid then ask to talk budget or time frame.
