Need help with documenting the SQL Stored Procedure

A Stored Procedure is written to map data from one table to another. Attached is the SP in txt file format. List of Variables are provided in excel sheet. Read the SP and see how if each field mapped in the excel sheet is coded correct or not. If coded correctly change the row color to green if not mapped correctly changed the color to Red. If mapping is missing change the excel row color to Yellow.
