Parse data from PDF / WhatsApp, post into SQL Database -- 2

Receiving several price / info feeds from PDF (by e-mail) / WhatsApp Wish to use Python to parse the text, extract relevant information and insert rows into a cloud SQL database. The end goal is to visualize the data using a BI application i.e. Power BI / Tableau. Have tried out GCP, Azure and AWS. Planning to use Google Cloud SQL, but welcome other suggested solutions with lower cost. There will be several templates / formats of info received - not interested in a static code solution. The successful bidder needs to be able to explain how the data is being extracted and inserted into the defined schema so that I am able to write my own code to handle future changes in data formatting.
