Professional / Advanced - Database Enhancement / Database Optimisation to Significantly Improve Search Speed

I have a price comparison online software which I provide to my customers. My customers go on the website, login with their account and search for their products. Once they have searched, they add their products to the order pad and transmit the order directly to the suppliers via my website. I have a huge database with over 300,000 products. Currently when a customer searches, the search approximately takes 0.5 sec - 1.0 sec to load results. This is not enough for me. I have been discussing with my developer to make the searching faster and he suggested that we may need to optimize and enhance the database to a very professional level. a. We are looking for a professional database optimizer who can see the structure of our database, and suggest what he can do to make it highly optimized without affecting the fields which are required for searching. b. My database is confidential and will not be passed to you. You will have to log in via team viewer and I will show you the database. You can the browse and check the structure of the database. c. You will be first shown the database, you will then tell us if you can do it or not. If you can do it, suggest what changes you will make. I wil then refer to my developer with your suggestion and if the suggestion is good you will be given the task of optimizing it. d. Whatever work you do and when you finish, you will give us the source code and delete all files from your system after completion of project. You will not share it with anyone. e. You will only carry out the task if you are 100% confident that you can do it. And you can make the searching significantly faster. f. This is a serious business, I have my customers working on it everday. So only serious bidders only. g. Database is accessed via PhPmyadmin panel on our server. h. Website is currently made using CakePhP, Ajax, MySQL, Java i. I have attached some screenshots of my database. j. I am looking for a professional programmer.
