We require web based accounting application to include following: This application is for multiple clients with multiple users accessing the system with different rights to part of the system. ** FEATURES ** Bookkeeping: - General ledger, customizable chart of accounts, - Accounts payable( Suppliers ledgers including invoices, credit notes, receipts, advance payment ), - Accounts receivable ( Customer ledgers including invoices,Credit notes, receipts, advance payment), - Bank accounts (supplier payments, customer receipts refunds against credit notes, direct payments/receipts to general ledger ), Journals, - UK VAT returns (VAT schemes --- Standard VAT scheme- Accrual basis, Cash basis, flat rate cash basis, flat rate accrual basis including submission to HMRC Reports: - Reports to include, trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, customer report, supplier report, general ledger report, pdf of the reports, exporting to excel.
