94123 Friendship/Networking Site...

I am in need of a site similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Please do not even bid on this project if you do not have the capabilities to do this work or if you will waste my time. The site needs to have specific features that I will give you. It also needs a very attractive and modern design (nice layout, pretty color schemes, mouse over effects, etc.). I need this done within in a month, this includes building the site and beta testing. I will need visual updates at least twice a week, not screenshots either, I will need to go to where it is hosted and inspect it on every update. If you plan to be like the last programmer and tell me one month and then after six months you still have done nothing, then please do not waste my time or I will leave you a very nasty review on this site. I am not trying to be mean, but this is the third time I have had my time wasted or paid my money and got nothing in return. Therefore I am not paying you intil I am satisfied with the results, if you do not agree to these terms then do not bid.
