SMS website

Summary: I am looking for a 3 page website written in ASP.NET (C#) that will allow users send SMS messages in return for a back-link to the website. Pages: [login to view URL]: User enters the destination phone number, and the message to be sent. Then presses "Send". User is redirected to [login to view URL], Phone number and message sent as POST data (not session) [login to view URL]: This page asks for the user to enter a URL of a website, and explain that the user must place a back link on this page before the SMS is sent. The user then presses "Verify" The server makes a HTTP request to this URL, and checks the returned HTML for a valid back link. If one is found, then the user is redirected to "SendSMS.aspx", the Phone number, and message are sent in Post data (not session). [login to view URL]: This page connects to a web service to send the SMS. ([login to view URL]). An account will be provided. On success, the message will display "SMS sent ok", on failure, whatever error was returned by the web service should be displayed on screen in a friendly way (not a crash). Requirements: - Validation: Numbers must be in international format - i.e. 00 + country code + phone number. Messages must be less than 160 letters long. - URL validation: A record must be stored of previously entered URLs. It should be impossible to enter the same URL twice. Valid links must be of the form <a href="http://www.xxxxxx"> any 'nofollow' attribute within the link will invalidate the link. - Aesthetics: The website must be aesthetically pleasing, with descriptive text, slick design, and a little graphics. Nothing special, but not just a HTML form on a white background.
