I am looking for an auction module for the Interchange shopping cart and CMS system to be found at [login to view URL] This auction module shall be completely written as UserTags, ie. without changes to the core system in order to maintain version independence. Auction types needed are: Normal, Reverse and Dutch. In addition I need a Buy-Now functionality identical to eBay. Regarding the overall scope of the project, I invite you to add or restrict functionality in your bid. My primary concern is to add an auction facility as an purchase option. More would be nice, but within staying reasonable. Payment will be 30% on finish of a working prototype, 40% after installation on my server and 30% after test. Let me repeat, in case you've missed it, that I need this to be written in Perl and ITL, and within Interchange. In addition, I reserve full rights over the results, so please don't make your estimatations on the assumption to use licensed software to give you a kick-start.
