Perl programmer for site update - URGENT!

I have an existing website built in Perl that uses MySQL databases. I am looking for a competent, AFFORDABLE programmer for regular work on my site. You will need to be able to code community-type features and be able to work with/modify existing code. My website is community based and has two membership types with features like private messaging, personal homepages, comment system, rating, uploading, guestbooks, blogs etc... You need experience with these type of features. ---------------------------------------------------------- CURRENT WORK TO BID ON ---------------------------------------------------------- 1.) Modify EXISTING member guestbooks: You must either make the guestbook a members only feature (which will require the user to signin) OR you may add capacha/Major Anti-Spam tool. I also need members to be able to multi-delete entries using check boxes and to add 'Next | Previous 1 2 4 5' links for easy browsing. The guestbook is already built & working - I just need you to make some fixes. 2.) Create a page that will display all upgraded users dynamically (I will provide HTML layout page): This is just pulling the informaton from my MySQL database and displaying it on it's own page. It's simple! The list must be automated so when a users account is downgraded or expires, the page should automatically remove them from the list. Page must display by newest to oldest as default but have option to display by: A to Z, Oldest to Newest, and by most recent login. Sorting option from a drop down menu. I also need a snippet of code (or mini-script) that will allow me to display the latest 20 upgrades (by username only) that I can embed in my homepage and members area templates. That's it!
