PDF to ldif parsing

I have a bunch of PDF files with tables (I can provide you a couple of them), which would like to convert in LDIF (Thunderbird's address book format). More precisely, I would like a CSV dump for every PDF, and an unique address book including all the data of the PDFs, grouped in distribution list corresponding to the PDFs (with same name). Example: Input: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] Output: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] with 3 distribution lists (Abruzzo, Basilicata, Lazio_Frosinone). Linux shell or bash solutions are to be preferred. Source code to be provided.
