Extract layers and patterns from images in Photoshop

Dear freelancers, I have 2 images of car seats (front seats and backseat). I need to have separated layers for every section marked with a green dot. Red cross means that the seam should be removed (no separation). Attached are also some scanned fabrics. I need to extract the pattern from each fabric and save it as a Photoshop pattern (which can be imported in PS patterns list). Important: the patterns should be extracted in their original size and resolution! The job is considered completed when you provide the following: 1) [login to view URL] file with car front seats in layers (according to green dot marking). 2) [login to view URL] file with car backseat in layers (according to green dot marking). 3) 18 patterns in psd format for import in PS Everything should be Photoshop CS3 compatible. Note: The amount you request will be created as a milestone. I will release the milestone after I convince myself of the quality of work.
