I am looking to have a custom CRM built that functions similar to Zoho, and SalesForce, but simpler and much more intuitive (see document for design examples and full project description). Graphic design will be important here, as the dashboards will need to be beautifully rendered from a graphs/charts standpoint. Speed and security are going to be very important pieces of the puzzle here, as this will be tied into a merchant processing [login to view URL] that has worked with web 2.0 as well as CRM work before would be great. There will be more functions to add to the CRM once this is up and running, so this will turn into more work down the line. You can see some of the future additions to add in the attached document. Please provide examples and references, as I will be following up on this. Clean code that is easy to understand is a MUST, so I would like to see some coding samples as well.
