203283 Online web tools work

Hi Guys, I am establishing a webmaster tools section on my website. I have about 10 tools already and I want someone to organise them and establish a registered user area (my site already has registration) where they can keep records of thier results for the tools they used. The first one is a tool where they can lookup an address and get a ranking in the major search engines for a selected keyword. I want this to be selected keywords, and have it logged for the user. Please bid for the first job or on a per hour basis. I want this job completed within a week. There are about 10-20 jobs like this so there is a lot of work for someone who is capable.
