simple php event attendee, contact management

G'day from Australia. I would like the following project completed in quick order please. as a PHP/web page that operates with AJAX and looks decent, also will be necessary to be viewable in MOBILE PLATFORMs. A simple event management system, with attendees etc. ie User can add an event, or view an event they have created, (or invite to another event that is global or shared to them) or that has been assigned to them. User can Add Attendees, name, contact details, attendee type, Some Attendees may already be Users in the system, or may be New people (with just basic information) The Event has the following fields. Date/Time, Location, Type, Owner (a user), Assigned To (a user), Activities - Once a Attendee has been added, they also will need to be tracked, for follow up, and sign up process. So, for a Particular Event, Attendees will need to be called, so a call list/report will need to be produced for the Assigned to User, or Event, to call. and also CHECK OFF when the call is made, with date and time, and details/results. A Next Step Activity will also need to be generated. ie, invited to another Event, another call, Assigned Back to Owner. etc. I will want this done primarily as a tracker, where people can add attendees, view by Event, View who has been followed up, or not, but event, Owner, Assigned To etc. I am happy for a single contact table to be used for users and attendees. Sometimes, a Attendee (type "Prospect") may also bring/invite another Attendee, so the database must reflect this (with a Referred By reference). So, even though an event might be Owned by a Contact/User, hence by default all Attendees will have that Contact/User as the Referred By link, the default Referred By link can be changed to another User/Contact. Apart from the Contacts PK ID, I also would like a field for Team ID, which will allow it to be integrated into another database of information. Sometimes, a contact that was Referred By another contact/user/attendee won't be tied to an event, so the Contacts must always be linkable to each other, AND to events, for example, to be able to See a List of Contacts Referred By Another contact, or a list of Attendees that person has invited/brough to various events etc. Note, because of the Referred By fields, and other fields that link back to the same contact table, there will be a hierarchy that is created, that I would also like to be able to see in Tree View. I have a mdb file that demonstrates some of this, and the links/schema/fields I would like to use (to start). Thanks.
