I want you to develop a simple app for me using phonegap. I want a php mysql admin to see my registered users. I should be able to send push notification to 1 or all of my users [Android /IOS both ]. The maximum no. of limit for example in Android it is 999 , in IOS i think it is now 40 per minute, should be handled automatically by your script. When you bid, the 1st word should be "I have really read and understood your requirement". My app will just open a webview, and a page to show your saved push messages Thanks.
