364002 Auto Forward to CC and BCC

I would like a script (PHP) with sql database driven that can do the folowing 1. Received email 2. Forward copy of that email autotically to any email address 3. Automatically CC or BCC specific list as indicate by the rules. 4. The application should alow to create group mailling list Here is an example, but this is only for outlook and use on local computer. I need something for a server. [login to view URL]
