71960 Content Management Site

I need a cms script which allows me to add content to my site on the fly. The script should use mod_rewrite in order to create urls with an html extension. A good example of what I am looking for is the following site loanfactz.com. The site will be a very simple site. The cms will have a form in the admin area which allows me to add the content to a mysql database. The data entry form for the content will have the following fields, Title and Content. The title value will be used to create the url and added to the menu on the right side of the screen. The admin area should allow me to edit a header, footer and css file also.
