82570 Member management/Ad Tracking

As opposed to doing a full feature list, here is what I need: I am preparing to launch a member-only paid subscription website, that will also incorporate a free ad tracker for it's members. For member management: I need all the features found in the ClickGatePro script found at [login to view URL] For Ad tracking: I need all the features of the ad tracking script found at: [login to view URL] with the following additions: 1. Would like the SHORTEST POSSIBLE tracking URLs, i.e. a current tracking URL looks like this... [login to view URL] And I would like it to look like this... [login to view URL] 2. Entire script must be in PHP and SQL 3. A default url in the admin section so links that are typed or pasted incorrectly or the script is overloaded or the tracker is an incative campaign or a dead link are redirected to the specified url. 4. Clickable question marks that trigger popup windows by all the main functions of the script explaining how to use that feature to the user and admin. 5. Stats searching by date by tracker for users. 6. A ban IP address feature in the admin section to block abusive users. 7. A search user feature by name, e-mail, username. Also, a search by tracker ID to track spam reports available in the admin section. 8. Add the feature to auto generate code for redirect pages so a user can setup and create a directory on THEIR server with whatever name such as [login to view URL] and the auto code generator will generate the redirect code for the tracker they select that will just be pasted into the [login to view URL] file in the link directory so they can use their own domain name to put in ads. Common features: BOTH scripts need to be 100% PHP and SQL based. In addition, both need to be integrated in the following manner: 1. After purchasing a membership, user is sent to a HTML- based signup form where they enter all their info, to include choosing their own username and password. 2. Ad tracking feature will only be accesable to the user from within the secured member-area after login (but their tracking URLs will obviously have to reside outside the secured directory) 3. System needs to accept either a login via a login box from main site, or via a popup (when user bookmarks member- area and goes directly there). 4. Need to able to perform an automatic backup of ENTIRE SITE, to include all SQL databases automatically via the password protected admin area simply by clicking a button. In addition, should restored be needed, should have the same ease of restors (i.e. point and click) 5. Need to have a personalization feature built in to the member-management function that will allow me to perosnalize each user's experience via a tag in the html. In other words, when a user logs in, I want to be able to use their first name such as "Welcome back Susie!" in the content of the members section. I would like tags for first and last name, date they joined as a member, current # of URLs being tracked, and # of clicks on their tracked URLs. The whole process, from signup to welcome email, needs to appear seemless to the end user.
