45632 paginated static pages

what i would like is for instead of from the main page selecting [login to view URL] i would much prefer to just go to a page which is static ie [login to view URL] which then has links to [login to view URL] [login to view URL] in a navigation at top and bottom. the current code for [login to view URL] is set out is like this. the script could get the prefix of the page from the table 'categories' field 'page' for each categories output pages. i need it to output all of the categories in the database(currently 423), with all of the outputs set across multiple pages with pagination. i currently have a php pagination system in place, but would much prefer a static system, to reduce server load and for search engine compliance. i have included the three files. the pages i've attached include the two output pages which include pagination also. one for text output, and one for thumbnails output. thanks any other info needed, please let me know thanks
