240917 PHP Payment Form

Hi, I need someone to write a form/interface for me to accept virtual check payments. The form should securely submit data to my payment processor. The API information is attached along with a simple code sample in PHP. The processing script you create will need to also have front end validation for required fields. It must use our main template as well and only run under SSL protection. Sensible error messages must also be delivered to the user as well.
