MS Access/MS SQL customer tracking system

I'm looking for someone to do some ASP programming to help me sort out/track my clients and product database. I'm a very experienced ASP coder and run my own coding company but we just don't have the time to do this project. The resulting app. will be run on on our own Intranet. I need a complete client/project/accounts/invoicing application I can use to track who my clients are, what they ordered, when annual payments are next due, invoices sent, outstanding payments, payments made, payments outstanding etc. I've attached a **REVISED** diagram in PowerPoint to plan the eventual database and what is required, but it is incomplete. The successful bidder will demonstrate a complete understanding of my requirements (which will be clarifed by email corresondence) and provide suggested ways of optimising the database. Additionally, the successful bidder will provide HTML forms to host on an Intranet that interact with the database and provide HTML reports for invoices outstanding, domains due for renewal, accounts, bank balance etc. by date. When logging in, outstanding payments and domain name renewals due for payment in the next 30 days must be notified to the user. No components please - it must be native (NOT .NET) ASP code for use on IIS. Bidders will quote for a solution that initially uses Access, but must be scaleable to MS SQL via an entry in a config. file. All instructions for upscaling Access to MS SQL must be provided. HTML reports must be customisable via the use of templates. I also need to know what reports you will provide from the database. Please note that whoever submits a bid and gets the job, we will not feel obliged to pay a bonus payment. What you bid is what you'll receive - a fair payment for a fair couple of days work. Source code changes and database to be sent to us twice weekly. The successful bidder who provides a fully functional product to our requirements will be given first refusal of a PHP/MySQL version. **UPDATE 26 Nov: revised (but still incomplete) database diagram attached to help out some bidders who asked questions.** Questions good, poor and incomplete bids bad :-) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 3) **Database documentation is essential** 4) **Well commented code is essential** ## Platform Windows 2000, IIS 5.0, SQL server, v4 and above web browsers (MSIE, Netscape, Opera), Mozilla (latest version) ## Deadline information no special conditions, except that we are highly experienced ASP programmers and will not pay a bonus - what you bid is what you'll get.
