227382 Add NO FOLLOW tags php links

This project is simple for a php programmer. We need to add the rel="no follow" tag to the following elements in our php site: 1. Pagination: Internally, add the rel="no follow" to the pagination function so that the search engines are not following hyperlinked numbers within our site i.e., 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 . 2. Search TAGS: I have some TAGS being generated using keywords that are hyperlinked in many of the video descriptions on the site. I need the rel="no follow" applied to these TAGS. 3. Outgoing Links: I am currently managing sitewide links via the admin panel. I want the ability to make a link "no follow" or not in admin, by simply checking yes or no to a 'no follow' option. That is it. We are ready to accept and begin soon.
