Collage Assignment - Automatic Mirror Selector

**Please remember to do as simplest program as possible** Many web sites use mirroring in an attempt to balance the load requests of large numbers of clients. An example of this is Real Audio which requests that downloads of its product be made from sites that are in geographic proximity to the requesting client. The problem with this approach is that there is no way for clients to know what are the relative workloads at each mirror site. It may be worth a client situated in Malaysia to download a file from a site across the country rather than from a site in Asia, if the load at the New Yorksite is heavy enough to make a cross-country file transfer faster. The goal is to come up with an automated mirror selector that predicts from a collection of mirror sites, the one that will offer the best response time for a given file request. This is the example of the auto mirror selector <[login to view URL]>but i need a client tool which based on VB .Net language And for the documentation .. i'm gonna attach it The main thing is I want my software can choose the fastest server automatically at the beginning of downloading by ping or whatever .. I don't need da resume feature . What I want just start the software automatically when starting to download and choose the fastest server of da website . In case the website doesn't provide more servers . The software doesn't need to detect any .
