Front webpage for consulting company

Hi, QuickDivision Inc. is a company that regroup 3 smallers companies which offer different IT services. QuickDivision Inc. will have the objective to address services to bigger companies while it's children companies will continu to provide services to SMB. Currently, We need to create our front webpage for QuickDivision Inc. and to create it's associate logo. The logo must be optimized for print media and will be use on the website. Template of style idea or demo are welcome. ** QuickDivision Inc. is engage to not use any data provided as demo or template without the permission of the provider. ** The list of requirement can be update without notice to our discretion following the discover of new needs. ## Deliverables The Website will contain the following pages: - Main Page (home) - About Us - History - Contact Us (secure mail form) - Description of services - Link to other companies 5-6 pages using the same CSS template. - All pages will use the same CSS template - it is possible that we insert dynamic content in a form of promotion banner. (not yet decided so don't quote for it, but if you bid ensure you have the knowledge in case we need it). - Menu button + roll over animation - All text except menu and section will be provide. This text doesn't exist yet, but you must provide with preformat zone to apply text. You are welcome to put junk text to have an idea of style and police and website structure. We will replace the junk text with the right text in time. This project is quite simple and do not require very high degree knowledge. The difficulty is the design of the logo and the corporate style. Emphasis on important text and menu order. Z reading (upper left to lower right). Clean design, easy to read and to browse, 10 seconds and less of loading, Less than 3 differents colors per section. (Would prefer less than 5 colors for all the sites, excluding banner). NO CMS ALLOWED AND NO TEMPLATE TAKEN ON OTHER WEBSITE ALLOWED. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT UNIQUE AND ORIGINAL WEBSITE. What we like: - Smooth interface - Sharp menu (clear and without confusion in the interface) - Transparency (Ex.: Vista design, Roll over that make a button appear as a glass button) - Black and White contrast, (do not exclude color) - Minimalist, Space, light, work optimised, workable - Technology, Edgy, (no server picture), futurist (Movie: Minority report) - Human, social, customer care, smile What we dislike: - Color too much in contrasts - Too much contrast between different element of webpage. - Server and computer picture (too much used on other website) - Left and Right menu - Logo and menu that don't seem they should fit on the same Y axis You are the expert, you better know what information you need. It must have a corporate image and address to big companies. 2 - The website must be designed to be search engine friendly such has : google, yahoo, msn. (List in priority Order). 3 - Site must be code with CSS so we can modify any section of the website easily for futures updates. 4 - Dynamic content can be code with PHP or ASP (would prefer ASP). We are not sure yet if they will have a dynamic content. 5- 5 colors or less for the whole website. 6- Button menu + Roll over menu (anything else than text link) - We require access to all sources files at the moment of payment. This include photoshop source file, code source file, and all other data created or used in this project.
