Interactive Children Educational CDROM

The application is an interactive CD for children preparing to sit entrance examination for high school. It will contain the following: 1. review text 2. diagrams 3. pictures 4. short answer questions 5. multiple choice questions (end of unit and examination simulation). 6. Should allow user to click on keywords to get animated audio/visual explanations. 7. User should have a choice of instant feedback for each question or a review of all questions at the end of a session. 8. System should track user’s progress overall progress in both end of unit review questions and examination simulation questions. 9. The application should also be available online for those users who want to register for end of module intensive examinations which will assess their level of readiness for the examination. 10. The online examinations should be downloadable, however, assessment can only be done online. The developer should ensure that I am able to do the following: 1. modify/add content if necessary and recompile application. 2. Must have security features to prevent users from distributing the application. Should use a license key as well as an authorization diskette that cannot be copied. 3. The software can be bought online as a download or on a CD. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Internet Explorer
