On-line Chess WEB APP ASP/ASP.NET Platform

I'd like to have a Yahoo! stile On-line Chess multiplayer game that is database driven with use of ASP VBScript and Visual Basic .NET languages. The game has to look and function identical to Yahoo! Chess. Chess board colors and chess figures must be classic black and white. To be able to play the game online, user must first register and sign-in, then if it is a first time for player to play then a download window should appear to download and install the chess program on users machine, so please consider all windows operating systems above windows 95. Must be in place Yahoo chess game features like user registration, updatable profile, user sign-in, total registered players, player's online by username, player's rating, dynamic directory of rooms, timer, chat, invite and everything to make player's online game experience enjoyable. In addition there should be a web admin interface to view games, user's daily, weekly and monthly statistics as well as an admin interface to monitor user and chess sessions with create, delete, ban by IP or Email plus features. Game must be and function like Yahoo! chess and even better in any sense, with ability of a user to see players, view their scores, create game rooms, invite and more.
