MAKE A CALL FROM A BROWSER & VALIDATE

Your current project description is... want to 1. pull up your website (the website will look like an empty screen with 2 fields) 2. type in a phone number into one empty field 3. website takes control of my modem and causes my computer to dial the 3rd party telephone # 4. Once the 3rd party answers, they will be able to dial digits from their phone and our program will recognize the DTMF and be able to display in second field what it recognizes. I do not care if the your website opens 3rd party programs that are on the local computer, or if the your program actually does the dialing and DTMF recognition. This is more along the lines of what I was thinking. I have talked to programmers that tell me that this should take about 5 hours to put together. This is the "tricky" part of the overall program which will be given later, but you must understand that it is a VERY small part of the overall program. My thought is that if you are willing to show me in a small way that you have the skill and team to accomplish something a little tricky, I would be willing to show you my plans in their entirety and be willing to put a down payment on the over all program if your bid comes in at a reasonable price.
