Meta search for scripts/technnology

I need a meta search engine that can search the web for scripts, code, web apps, by category, technology, and site(s) quickly and accurately. The easiest in my opinion is to use Google search and place the "search fields/algo" directly into the search box. Please submit your proposal in detail. Proposals will be judged on how easy it is to use. You may also suggest other methods aside from using Google search. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
