I need of a DLL component to be called through ASP's [login to view URL] function that will convert a given MPG video file into FLV (Flash video) format, just like what YouTube does. Example: Set Converter = [login to view URL]("[login to view URL]") [login to view URL] "C:\[login to view URL]", "C:\[login to view URL]" If you can, there should be also another parameter that can be passed to the function to indicate the compression ratio that will be used, if there's such possibility. If you can't do it, it's no problem, but it's a plus. This component needs to be fast and very stable and must run with Windows 2003 servers and IIS, so preferably it should be built in C#, C++ or Delphi. You are allowed to use free open-source code if needed to reduce costs and development time. This component should be very easy to install in the server (you shall include step-by-step clear instructions on how to do it on a Windows 2003 server), and use as little CPU and memory as possible. Also, you'll need to point me to the best free (or paid) Flash script that you know that will reproduce this FLV files on a website. You shall also provide 6 weeks of email/chat/Skype support and free bug fixing after I accept 99% of the work. The other 1% will be released and you'll be rated after the end of this support period. If you can include support for converting AVI and MOV formats into FLV, then please let me know as well, but keep these prices separate from the main proposal. The base price is $100, but feel free to bid higher if that's the cost that this project will take, as I'm not very sure of the cost that this will involve. Thanks for your time, and I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
