I currently run [login to view URL] and Would like to update the search to allow visitors to search by zip code within a radius. The result page will show the listings within that zip code radius. I would also like to update the database to include search for other countries. The current site is using microsoft access database. Willing to upgrade to php and mysql if it's easy to implement without hurting searchign engine listings. Staying with asp is probably the best. Will also need an admin area so I can update listings.

And Don't Panic With The Server-Security Issues With This COM Component, As This Is Built By Someone You Can Trust Upon.
