OCR YouTube/Gmail CAPTCHA Recognition

I need a standalone application. The application should take a Google CAPTCHA image as an input, and it should output the letters/numbers. I will need a way to use this from within another program - so if this could be made into a DLL, or maybe even called from the command line as a seperate app with an output then that will be fine. This is a difficult project, but the right person should find it easy. You should test your work against images generated here: [login to view URL] And [login to view URL] Speed: Should take less than 30 seconds to decode the Captcha. Accuracy: At least 40% success rate. Google Captchas can sometimes be impossible to read! Please post any examples of previous work along with your bid.
