Looking for a Full time PHP/MySQL Expert

We are a medium sized internet company who currently employee 3 programmers and a staff of 15-20 other employees. We are looking to grow and always have fresh ideas to expand our business. Right now we have one position open in our Programming Dpt. We are looking to bring aboard a full time programmer who is a PHP/MySQL expert (min 3-5 years exp.), with knowledge in UNIX and C. We are looking for someone to work as part of a team of programmers on staff and work 8-9 hours, 5 days a wk. We are looking for a employee who has long-term employment in mind working for a stable company. No re-location necessary, so location is not important as long as you are online between 9-5 EST (the times we are operating). Please no outsource programming companies reply. We are looking for individuals. Our pay is very competitive and is based on your experience. Please place your bid based on 1 month of work at the above hours, etc.. ## Deliverables The requirements for this position are: 1. MUST be available between 9 or 10 AM EST to 5 or 6 PM EST as I have not had any success with programmers who work in differnet time zones than me. If you cannot meet this, please do not apply 2. Must have ICQ downloaded and be familiar with it as all communication will be done through ICQ. 3. Self motivated , Easy to work with and efficient worker. Sometimes we ask you to work with existing code or create code from scratch. Be prepared to be able to work with exisiting code. Must also be able to work efficiently and fast to reach deadlines and goals. 4. Must be an expert in php/mysql development with clean well commented code. 5.
