Stored Procedure Editor/Debugger in any Win32 language

I want you to write me an application that is primarily an editor, like Wordpad, except in colour for SQL keywords and variables - all usual cut/paste MDI functionality of a normal rich text editor expected. The left 'panel' of the split screen window contains a database connection screen to connect to either Oracle/Sybase/SQL Server. It will list all of the database objects in this window in 'tree view' (like windows explorer) format. I expect to be able to see stored procedures, triggers, rules, views, tables etc. All object types. I can click on a database object and it appears in the editor panel for editing. I can edit the text, export it into multiple formats, and save it back to the database. There is one more thing I need it to do which I shall discuss with the winning bidder to decide the final price and delivery date. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Win32.
