VNC Software Changes - Repost

Modifications to VNC (RealVNC or TightVNC preferred) with the following specs: VNC Server changed to have multiple password and usernames with permissions set for each. Permissions are View/View and control, FTP access, Allowed to send control-alt-del to server. Modified viewer which is launched from web page passing the login username and password from asp web page. User will login my central web site I have on dedicated server, validate username and password and list vnc server they are allowed to connect to and show link if it is online. When user clicks link, viewer is launched automatically as application on viewer's computer and connects to the vnc server. User does not log in again through viewer. I have a sql database on the web site that contains the same permissions for the user. The vnc server's IP, port along with users permissions are passed to the viewer encrypted somehow so it cannot be hacked. The vnc server watches the internet connection on the machine it is running on - whenever the connection turns on, it calls an asp page on my web site passing its IP, port and a serial number assigned to it. Then looks at the response to make sure its allowed to run after serial is validated. Chat is also added on each viewer and on the server. If anyone sends a chat, the chat window will show on each computer connected to the vnc server along with the server itself. VNC server has ftp server built in for each viewer to connect to as long as they have permission. Also set a starting folder for each viewer to limit access if needed. Viewer can be written in java or C++ as long as a solution is made to auto-launch the viewer on the computer you are using. Perhaps a signed control is used on the web site to check the viewer if any on the computer to see if they need an updated on or a new install. Then the information is passed to it to connect with. Also, vnc viewer needs one additional winsock on its own port to answer a ping I send from an asp web site to verify it is running. NOTE: ALL FEATURES are required. I have already gone through some coders with did half the job and disputed it after they wasted my time.
