Import Contact Information to Outlook

We use a Venezuelan accounting program which generates Contact information for Outlook as txt file. Our project is to import this txt data into Outlook and create a new Contact in Outlook or modify an existing Contact. This requires a short Visual Basic Script. About 15 fields of information is imported from each txt record into the contact Outlook data base.. This could be done as a Macro, but this would apparently require manually activating the macro in Outlook. We would like the infomration to be immediately updated into the Outlook Contacts folder. All of our users use Outlook 2003, principally in Spanish. However spanish is not a rquirement and should be a non issue here. We use windows server 2003 and 2000. We use Excahnge. we are not currently using public folders, we we do use shared folders for supervisors to montior work of telemarketers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All users use Windows XP 2003 and 2002. All users are on Windows Server 2003 or 2000. Outlook versions are 2003 or 2002. All are linked to Exchange and most users use spanish version of Outlook.
