6 PSDs to HTML5 jquery and php forms Easy for experienced

We have 6 psds very similar pages to be coded up from psd to HTML5 and CSS3 (only about 3 are different looking templates) + wordpress theme code The code needs to be clean and SEO friendly All code must be rendered perfectly with the following browsers Google Chrome Internet explorer 7 + 8 Firefox 2+ and above Safari iphone and ipad compatibility ( no flash required) There also needs to be 3 different j query forms to be coded up > these will be simple as they will just send a email with the submitted info. Only Experienced will be considered please show off your development skills. We need this coded within 6 days, I am a designer so i can provide any design amends if need be. Page 1 Simple Jquery fade out image needs to be implemented at the top of the site. It is 2 column with images on right hand side. A nav bar needs to be placed with some jquery animation. Page 2 Package page has exactly the same Jquery navigation and jquery image fade which can be reused. The page will also implement a 2 column layout the left side will contain info Boxes with Tab 3 tabs at the top. The tabs can be coded using javascript or jquery. There needs to be a date calendar chooser aswell. The right hand side of the page will need a custom form created with 10 variables with a large submit button. Once the user clicks submit there needs to be a email sent to admin with all the details provided. Page 3 Package page has exactly the same navigation from page 1 Will be a large form using exactly the same technology from the package page. So should be quick to build. Page 4 + 5 Package page has exactly the same navigation header from page 1 And a simple form for the contact. Page 6 This is very similar to the pages 1 and 2 but will be for a wordpress theme. The code from the previous pages can be used but this page needs to be coded into a wordpress theme.
