I have a list of OS ticket customizations which I need completed. I will list a few of the more important ones here to ensure that all applicants feel comfortable in applying. Please feel free to contact if there are additional questions.
Main Tasks:
- Must integrate OS ticket with AD authentication for end users
- modify OS ticket front page using the AD pass-through authentication to allow for a display of current tickets (details and image of vision will be provided upon hiring)
- Addition of multi-tired categories for ticket classification. this must allow for ease of adding new categories as well as sub-categories. classification will only be visible and complete by support staff not by end-users submitting tickets
- modification of the reports mod to allow for reporting from the newly created categories and sub categories
- adding ticket linkages/ parent child type relationship (concept to be explained upon hiring)
Preferences:
- Would prefer someone who is familiar with OSTicket's structure to reduce development time and cost
- expert PHP & MySQL knowledge is a must
- additional ticketing system development experience is a nice to have but is not a must
- I'd prefer a fixed price per modification listed above
