Completion of games browser software

Hi, I have had a custom piece of software built but the coder who made it is struggling with the time to complete it and test it and I need it finishing off asap. I believe its built in C and I would send you the current script, its 95% complete. Its a server that is installed on a users computer and it will run all the time, this server will manage the users, it allows or denies them access to the game servers list, users must have a username and password to get access to the game servers, the username and password are retrieved from mysql database. it prevents the use of the same username by different users at the same time. The client is to be downloaded from my website, then users can install it. When users run this application, it will invite them to enter their username and password, if the username and password match with those in the database, then users will get access to the game servers list, if not then a message displayed inform them that the password or username is incorrect. ** **Once the user is logged in, it will have the list of the game server, then it can double click on a specified server to open a specified game. The game servers list is retrieved from a mysql database, and can add, edit, or delete as many as I want. Currently the application can query steam games. Counter Strike Counter Strike Condition Zero Counter Strike Source Day Of Defeat Source Day of Defeat and all the servers that are compatible with steam plus Call of Duty, Quake 4, UT2004 but there is line of code that needs configuring (the launch code??) launch code information to be supplied.
