GetItem of other app SysTreeView32

I want to get another application SysTreeView32 Node's info (Item text, selected item,...) and send some messages to that SysTreeView32 like DoubleClick, RightClick (to open popup menu and select an item of the popup menu), left click (to select node) The code may be written in any language (for windows 2003 and xp) and should be compile as a DLL and could be call from VB6 (Standard DLL) I need the source code with remarks (documentation) too.
