Hybrid website

I need a simple yet web 2.0 looking website that is geared toward adsense. I only need a one page website and logo for a Hybrid Car website. Perhaps an area where news articles can be seen, and a series of hybrid vehicles with a description and rating system for the users/possible comments. I don't really need anything complicated as it will only serve as a google adsense revenue page for now, so please be sure to incorporate space for this, and have appropriate keywords, etc. so it is optimized for people searching for hybrid cars. Basically I want a nice 1 page looking website for under $100, so if that means eliminating features that's fine. As long as it looks modern and will be geared for adsense placement. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
