I've attached an MS Office 2003 Excel Spreadsheet of an Income Calculator which I would like to convert into an online version that I can put on my website. I want visitors to be able to enter their own "assumptions" into the light blue boxes, then click on any "open" cell to see the results.
There may be better looking formats (e.g., some kind of "interactive table") that would have greater eye appeal. I'm open to that kind of approach as well.
My main concern is that the Income Calculator should be viewable and operable on most, if not all, browsers.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
