Modify WP RSS Import

I am looking for an experienced e PHP developer to modify and extend this RSS import WordPress plug-in (WP-o-Matic). [login to view URL] I need to extend its features by adding the following: 1- Import RSS Full Content (not just an excerpt) of the RSS item 2- Insert an Image if it is available within the content of that RSS item, then re-size and place "left", else if the RSS item content doesn't contain an image, then insert standard image from this URL: [login to view URL] , and place "left" 3- Grab the caption of that image if it’s available within the content of the RSS item. 4- Insert the source of the RSS item at the end of the "Draft" post content. 5- The script must wait for 5-10 seconds between RSS items requests if possible ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
