I need a script written that with cron job can be used to : 1. pickup a txt file from a [login to view URL] (no changes needed to file) [login to view URL] on my server [login to view URL] dump the mysql table and insert new info or get 2 files - one with new info to be inserted and one to delete expired listings, place on server and insert & delete The first file is large and doing the 2 smaller files with reduce server strain. I can do all the coding except the getting of files and putting them on my server so that part is the only part I need proven to work. I'll do the input of the proper password etc info. If you know how to do this, this task should only take a few minutes so bid accordingly. Zip file of list of fields is attached (in correct order)
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I may have an oops to this. The file will be a zip file and protected in a passworded site. Question for you all: phpmyadmin provides for import of txt file . Please consider that an option as well. I will be checking to see if there is an easier way to grab that txt file.
