PHP mysql automation

I need a script written that with cron job can be used to : 1. pickup a txt file from a [login to view URL] (no changes needed to file) [login to view URL] on my server [login to view URL] dump the mysql table and insert new info or get 2 files - one with new info to be inserted and one to delete expired listings, place on server and insert & delete The first file is large and doing the 2 smaller files with reduce server strain. I can do all the coding except the getting of files and putting them on my server so that part is the only part I need proven to work. I'll do the input of the proper password etc info. If you know how to do this, this task should only take a few minutes so bid accordingly.
