A small business service shopping cart site

Hello all rentacoders, I urgently requires a simple ecommerce script/site develop in? PHP for a small business registration service company. The site is to offer registration services to people who wants to incorporate companies. No GUI or eye candy is needed for this project as I will have a designer do up the graphical aspects. I just need the basic? functionality with admin controls with the script developed to allow for easy insertion of a graphical template. Mode of payment will be paypal and moneybookers of which the account details can be configured within the script. The checkout page is to be SSL encrypted which will be furnished as well.
