Some Wordpress Theme modifications of an existing theme - repost

Hey there! I have some issues with that wordpress template: [login to view URL]!/home-page 1. SEO Stuff: I visited the theme with "Firefox user Agent Switcher - Google Bot 2.1". And what I see isn't good: one page with the whole content of the whole website. -> Please implement ajax this way: [login to view URL] 2. Design Stuff If I use Opera and visit the site: [login to view URL] then I click on "Clients" -> the whole content of the site moves down after I click on "Showcase" -> Site moves more down and so on.... -> Please fix that please. 3. Design Stuff Addition: The gap between the social buttons and content is much bigger in Internet Explorer, Opera and Chrome than in Firefox. -> Please fix that. 4. Design Stuff Another small issue: [login to view URL]!/portfolio If you click on "Animation" the "Clear Filter" Button appears. If you then click on "Motion" the "Clear Filter" Button disappears. Every second click the Filter-Button is not there. -> Please fix that. 5. iPhone/ iPad/ Android If I visit the site with a smartphone, the whole site is „shaking“. -> Please fix that. So implement a good working responsive function for Smartphones/ Tablets (iPhone, Android). 6. HTML Anchors Anchors: [login to view URL] It it possible to link from [login to view URL]!/page1 to: [login to view URL]!/page2#anchor1 -> Please make it possible to use Html Anchors! 7. Integrate Contact Form 7 Plugin, at this time it doesn't working. Please make it updateable. 8. Please clean up the Code for Speed improvements. 9. Update all Ajax, javascript and other things to the newest stable version. 10. Please fix possible small issues that I didn’t find until know, but I think there are nothing more! I will send you the theme files. And it would would be nice if you can install the theme on your servers so I can test the changes. If all things are working you send me back the package and I will pay you :)! Best and have a nice day!
