Template (re)design for ecommerce site.

Our company has started with a rough design that has been added to and mangled into an un-usable quagmire of products and categories. We need a good graphics designer to start us anew with a multiple page template. We do not want an enhancement of our current design or modification of it - we want a completely new design. Our company currently stocks mostly fishing gear and clothing, but will expand to general outdoors stuff (comparable to basspro or cabella's), so please do not restrict the design to one activity or another. I am a programmer and also familiar with slicing photoshop templates and doing what I need with them, so at minimum I want PSD files of the design.. it would be nice to have pre-sliced html versions as well. The website's URL is attached in the zip file to this auction, this is done so that this auction won't wind up in search results for our company. Also in the file is a copy of our logo. This logo CAN be changed to an extent, however it must stay the same as a whole. The tag line needs to remain below the logo body, this cannot change. The exact shade of blue can change (must still remain somewhat dark blue) and perhaps embossing or a slight gradient is acceptable. We would like to keep the left category display where it is (style, font, colors, etc - all up to you), and we also want top level categories displayed horizontally - take [login to view URL] for example. As a whole we love the top portion of newegg - most notably the hover-over menus, so a horizontal navigation bar at the top of the page is required. You need not worry about the actual javascript for the menus (again, I want only the PSD), but I would like an example of colors and style of the menus themselves. These menus should match the menu style of whatever you come up with for the left category display. *DESCRIPTION TRUNCATED - PLEASE SEE [login to view URL] IN ATTACHED FILE* ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We require the design to work in 800x600 resolution. Flash is acceptable but not required, and only in a tasteful fashion - no overpowering noises and music.
