Looking for someone to update a program i wrote for DOS back in '93. The program is a time, attendance and scheduling system which I'd like to run on Windows, using windows features. Currently the database is a flat file system and I want a Relational Database which can be run over a LAN/WAN/Internet. I prefer SQL, or My_sql, but am not excluding other ideas.
Access by employees/managers will be through a web based user interface, and I do not want to have to load any applications on their machines. The administrator's machine can have applications (executibles). The server will hold everything needed for remote operation/execution of the software.
I have attached a few screenshots of the main screen to give you an idea of what is needed for each level of user.
I prefer to have this writen in Delphi, C++ or C#, or VB, but will not rule out any other ideas or suggestions.
