Tribute Website for Our Troops

Here is the gist of my idea: I want to start a simple website, but I want it to be automated or it would take up all of my time. I would like to create a website as a tribute to the veterans of the Iraq War. Anyway, someone visits the site. For a fee of $5, they can leave a message for either someone they personally know who has been involved in that war, or they can just give thanks to our troops in general. (All profits would go to a veterans charity). It would also be a place where people can go and view kind words. 1: I would like to automate a running total of contributions received at top. How do I do this? 2: A person would be able to pay using Paypal or 2checkout. How do I make it so that once they pay, it directs them to a page where they can submit their tribute automatically (and how do I place a limit on the length of the tribute)? 3: How do I make it so that the newest tribute is listed first (on top) and automatically pushes other tributes down? 4: How do I make it so that after a certain amount of tributes are left on a page (say 25 tributes), a second page is created. And so on as the list continues (I am assuming this will be similar to how a discussion board does it)? 5: How do I make it so that it is possible to add features to the tribute for a larger donation? For example, let's say that someone wants to donate $20 instead of $5. How can I make it so that their tribute stands out (being bold, or color or something)? This is to encourage larger donations. And again, how do I do this automatically? 6: How can I set it up so that people can leave "virtual flowers" next to each tribute on the right, free of charge but keeps a running total of virtual flowers left? 7: I also want to add a "Tell A Friend" script to the site. Actually, a "Show Your Loved Ones Your tribute" script. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
